Nobody on the panel knows your name.
The panel sees your reference, your files and your rationale. Nothing else.
Seven members score independently, out of 100.
Members cannot see each other's scores.

Read before you export
Four things that lose good entries.
All four take ten minutes to avoid. None can be fixed after entries close.
A soft or small preview
Export at 300 ppi, not 72. At least 3,000 pixels wide.
A "vector" that is really a picture
A photo inside a PDF is not a vector file. We check for real paths.
Using the State crest or ARISE mark
Those are the Government's marks. Your design may not include them.
An AI statement that does not match
Using AI is fine. Say so honestly. Misdeclaring it is a disqualification.

Do I need to be a professional?
No. The panel scores the design and never sees your name.
How many designs can I enter?
Up to three at a time. Each is judged separately.
Is there a fee?
None. Nobody may charge you to enter. If someone asks, report it to the help desk.
Do I lose my design if I do not win?
No. It stays yours. Only the first-place design assigns to the State, and you are credited as its designer.
Can I use AI tools?
Yes, and you must say which and what for. Declaring it does not disqualify you.
