Judging is under way. Nothing is published on this page until the Review Panel has finished and the Sponsor has approved the outcome — and the winners will hear from us privately before anybody else does.

What has to happen first

    Seven members scoring blind against the published rubric

    Shortlist compared side by side, Round 2

    Final ranking and written citations recorded

  5. 5

    Sponsor approval and lock

    Two Admin officers countersign before anything is announced

  6. 6

    Winners told privately, then published here
